Cancellation conditions:

  • The cancellation of your room reservation is free of charge until 4 weeks before arrival.
  • In case of a later cancellation we will try to re-let the room.
  • If this is not possible, we charge 80% of the room rate.
  • This also applies in case of early departure.
  • We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Additional information:

  • On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 11 am at the latest, so that we can offer the room again to the newly arriving guests from 2 pm.
